In light of the Government's announcement regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, here's how we will help keep you moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government.
Service and Repairs
Our service and repair facilities remain open and you can either call our office or book a service or repair online. We have put extra precautions in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
Speedy drop off and pick up without the need to come into our offices plus contactless payments ensure contact is kept to a minimum throughout. We remain fully staffed and ready to help you; this could be an excellent time to get your service or repair carried out.
Our car showroom will remain closed for customer viewings and test drives in line with Government requirements, but we are still available to talk to by phone and you can still purchase a car via our ‘Reserve and Collect’ or ‘Home delivery’ service.
Live video viewings are available by appointment.
You will be able to collect a car that you have reserved directly from our dealership and social distancing measures will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety.
Alternatively, you can buy from the comfort of your home and have us deliver it to your door; this service enabling you to complete the entire transaction from the comfort of your home. Please ask our sales team about this service.
